During your one-on-one sessions, your Personal Trainer will guide you through each workout so you get in a sweat with proper form to avoid injury. In addition to your weekly sessions, your Personal Trainer will recommend a personalized monthly workout schedule to help you stay on track.

VASA’s Personal Trainers will work with you one-on-one to design a workout program, help you perfect your form, and ensure you are working out safely. A Personal Trainer will hold you accountable to help you stay on track and meet your goals. Personal Training sessions are great for beginners who need help getting started with a new exercise routine, as well as for those who have been following a consistent routine but are wanting to push themselves further. Your trainer will help you stay motivated and focused so you can achieve your fitness goals.

Ways to train at vasa

Choose between one-on-one or semi-private training. In your one-on-one sessions, you’ll get the personal attention and training you need to achieve your individual goals. If you prefer to work out with friends, our semi-private sessions accommodate up to four people per group.
